Dennis Redding is a management consultant, business school faculty member/ administrator and corporate executive and with broad based experience in all facets of organization development and change management. He currently serves as Executive Director Goizueta Institute for Corporate Learning and as Assistant Dean and Director of the Modular MBA Program and Senior Lecturer for the Organization and Management Department.

Dennis' recent executive leadership positions include Senior Vice President, Organization Development and Human Resources at Peacehealth and National Director of Organizational Development at APM Incorporated. Dennis also served as the inaugural Director of the AMOCO Management Learning Center. As a corporate executive, Dennis has led innovative leadership development and organization transformation programs.

As an organizational development practice leader in consulting firms, Dennis has served as an adjunct faculty member for the Center for Creative Leadership and the executive education programs of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Dennis has also served as project manager on assignments in a range of industries in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Mexico.
