Julia Burns brings a unique background in strategic alliance and business development, marketing, and sales to TalentGenesis. Julia has over 10 years experience in the high technology industry including consulting, software, and hardware. Having worked with companies ranging from small start-ups to large Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, and Sun Microsystems, she is adept and comfortable in all types of corporate settings.

Most recently, as Director of Strategic Alliances for a Chicago-based Internet consulting firm, she built a formal strategic alliance program from the ground up resulting in improved sales, technical knowledge sharing, and solution delivery for clients. As an Alliance Director she demonstrated strong skills in initiating and facilitating profitable business relationships between independent companies.

Julia has extensive experience in negotiating contracts and resolving disputes. In addition, she has successfully trained and coached hundreds of multi-level sales, marketing, and technical professionals.

Julia holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Boston University. She has French language skills and has worked and studied in France.
