Kirk Hallowell, Ph.D. is an organizational consultant specializing in leadership development, program evaluation and organizational learning. Kirk brings over 17 years of leadership and teaching experience serving corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies. Kirk has worked with a variety of corporations to develop short and long-term projects focused on executive education.

Kirk has been involved as a Designer of International Truck & Engine Company's "Visionary Leaders Program" focused on building bench strength within International’s high potential executive population. Kirk has also served as the Lead Designer for the Next Generation Executive Education Series serving the top 600 executives of Prudential.

In addition to serving TGI clients, Kirk has also worked with BP-AMOCO, Motorola University, Northern Trust Bank, and Lucent Technologies Leaning and Performance Center in addition to over 40 other organizations. He earned his Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in Statistics from the University of Iowa in 1990.
