Lisa Harper, Vice President at TalentGenesis, has twenty years experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She specializes in conducting 360 feedback, career and executive coaching, training needs analysis, as well as the design and facilitation of competency-based leadership skills, team building, interviewing, and change management curriculum.

Prior to launching TalentGenesis, Lisa was a Master Trainer for AchieveGlobal, Inc., Executive Consultant and Coach for Drake Beam Morin, Inc. and a Human Resource Manager and Executive Recruiter for major hotel and restaurant companies including the Hyatt Corporation, Lettuce Entertain You, and the Hard Rock Café. She received her degree from Northern Illinois University.
