Michael has personally delivered over 350 assessment feedbacks, from Presidents to Front Line Managers. He has also participated in the Coaches Training Institute program.

He has certified over 300 HR professionals in the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT®. Michael is also certified in the use of SHL’s Work Profiling System, Occupational Preference and Motivation Questionnaires. His earlier experience includes executive recruitment, sales & marketing, career counseling and operations management.
