We customize our approach to each individual and utilize our personal experience and leadership development tools like the the Leadership Architect™ Suite and TalentTalker™ to build high impact development plans. To enable a broader application of assessment and coaching, especially for a globally dispersed work force, we offer coaching services from full-service Executive Coaching to the just in time CoachingExpress™ process.

Talentalker™ is an on-line tool that prepares managers to have structured, quality conversations with their direct reports.
